What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix?
I grew up immersed in the automotive industry, spending countless hours in the waiting room with my dad, who has been a shop foreman for over 40 years. The world of cars has always felt like home to me. While others may view dealerships differently, I want to offer a fresh perspective—one where dealerships are seen for what they are: places filled with great people, dedicated to helping you every step of the way.
What do you do at AMG?
As a Marketing Coordinator, I serve as a dedicated collaborator, coordinator, and liaison for my dealerships. I take pride in being their biggest advocate, ensuring that all their marketing needs are met with the support of my Marketing Directors and trusted vendor partners.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position?
I am a licensed K-6 teacher with over seven years of experience in the classroom. Throughout my teaching career, I developed a passion for the creative and organizational aspects of education, which has landed me to my perfect role as a Marketing Coordinator at AMG. In this position, I am inspired by the opportunity to apply my organizational skills and love for helping others achieve their goals!
What do you like about working at AMG?
I would say it’s a tie between the flexibility and the people. Like most positions, our schedules are shaped by meetings; however, the flexibility allows me to complete tasks when my daughter is asleep or even while I’m on vacation at the beach. The people I work with have been such a blessing. I’ve truly enjoyed being part of a genuine, supportive, and positive team.
What are the values that drive you?
Good intentions and a willingness to help out are key. Kindness goes a long way and you can ALWAYS attract more flies with honey.
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows?
Harry Potter Movies, Game of Thrones & The Office.
What would be your dream vacation?
My husband and I would LOVE to visit Ireland one day, especially the Cliffs of Moher. Plus, it would be nice to see another redhead or two.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
Get me out of the house and take me to the lake! My toddler lives for the water, my husband loves to fish and you can find me slalom skiing behind a boat. When it is not summer, you can find us watching football coached by "Dada" and in the kitchen baking and dancing to Mama Mia!
