• What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? What interests me most is the fact how we, I, are helping make everyone's job easier, both internally and for our dealer and vendor partners . I love that the data I am providing is helping my team make the best marketing recommendations to our dealer partners. I love that about AMG. I’m glad I can be a part of that and learn how to simplify everything.

• What do you do at AMG? My role currently is to help support my team. I do data entry - making sure everyone is able to run smoothly and make sure everything is easily accessible for our MD’s, MC’s and CEO etc.

• What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? I have always been interested in being the backbone of a team/industry. Making sure everything is in its right place, runs accordingly and everyone has what they need from me to be successful. Every role I've had in the past helps me grow and understand how valuable and important this passion is in order to run a successful business and be a great team player.

• What do you like about working at AMG? I’m excited I can grow at my own pace and not feel the need to be perfect. I’m learning more and more each week, and I'm glad I can help out my team in any way possible. I love my role here.

• What are the values that drive you? Selflessness and seeing happiness through compassion. I have such a big heart and want to help everyone and anyone get through their tough days/moments.

• Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? I’m a movie kind of girl, if i could, I would have a Marvel marathon monthly.

• What would be your dream vacation? My husbands and I dream vacation is Turks and Caicos

• What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I have two little ones who keep me busy, plus a husband! I also run my own business as a Hairdresser and Nail Technician, those are my passions.
