What is something [people in your industry/niche] have to deal with that you want to fix? A general lack of respect when communicating with others. Be nice and appreciative of others, and it will come back to you!
What do you do at AMG? Professional nagger, chief system creator and and master organizer of tasks and action items.
What are your credentials/past experience, for working in your position? My niche job has been in executive assistant/office managerial positions, so I am a thorough organizer with a high attention to detail. Coordinating task completion for executives, as well as coordinating all other aspects of their lives (both professional and personal in nature) has given me excellent experience in juggling many plates.
What do you like about working at AMG? The teamwork! Everyone pulls in to help everyone else.
What are the values that drive you? Respect, timeliness, and an upbeat attitude.
Your top 3 favorite Movies/TV Shows? For mindless-Love is Blind; to expand my brain-any documentary-style show about nature, alternative and western medicine, or history; guilty pleasure-Dexter. Favorite movie is Chef.
What would be your dream vacation? At my family farm in Greenville, FL, living off the grid for a week, exploring national parks, and golden hour booze cruise rides on the Polaris with my kids around our 600 acres!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Cooking!
